Parent Workshops

At Limes Farm Infant School and Nursery, we believe that children thrive when home and school work in close partnership, which is why we offer a comprehensive series of parent workshops throughout the academic year.

Designed to empower you with practical tools and insights, our sessions cover key developmental milestones—including dedicated Phonics workshops, Communication and Language sessions, and guidance on Early Reading and Writing. Parents are even invited directly into the classroom to observe live Phonics lessons, giving you a first-hand look at how your children learn.

For our Reception families, specialised Self-Help, Independence, and Physical Development workshops offer actionable strategies to foster your child’s growing autonomy and motor skills both in and out of the classroom. Together, these opportunities ensure you feel fully equipped, confident, and active in supporting your child’s educational journey every step of the way.
